Chloe Annabelle. it flows better and looks more elegant:) Ashleigh Lia has that double L sound at the end and can be a little hard to pronounce. both beautiful names though!

Foods for a fatty liver?

I found out I have a fatty liver from my doctor who put me on a daily dose of Milk Thistle. I want to know what foods/Drink/exercises would be helpful in getting fat out of the liver.

Pport went through the wash?

ok so hopefully me and my boyfriend are going on holiday last minute on tuesday. only thing is his pprt went through the wash and its a bit crinkled up now. all the writing and everything is fine but just wondering if anyone else has travelled before when your pprt wasnt as good as new or has anyone not been able to travel. we only want to go to spain for a few days - sunshine (fingers crossed) lol thanks
