Huckleberry Finn/Satire?! (I'll give the highest points i can to the best question)?

On page 74, and 75 Huck is talking to Jim telling him about the French language. Jim says there is no "french" blah blah, but then huck mistakes "parlez-vouz francais" for polly-voo-franzy. It's sort of ridiculing, but i don't see any irony, or such. Is this still considered satire....? For some reason i'm having a hard time understanding satire.
