What will the Royal Family do if their state benefit (civil list) is suspended?

I believe we shall have a whip-around for Her Majesty The Queen and her family dear Ena. I myself would be perfectly willing to stand around Oxford Street with a charity box in hand collecting for our wonderful Royal Family if were not for the current predicament in which one finds oneself. Perhaps we may collect enough money to tide them over for those 3 years during which they will find themselves 'cut-off'? At least we shall have a jolly good try dear girl!
