Does this guy like me? He's so much more mature than his age...what should I do?

become good friends and see where that takes you.one you are good friends you will be around each other more often and will have more time to get to know each other. once he's older then if all goes well you can have a relationship. for now just be friends. he's still pretty young and he probably doesn't lie girls that much yet.
