My baby is 3 months old and since birth his head is asymmetrical.?

My baby is 3 months old and since birth his head is asymmetrical and he prefers to keep it on right side. my doctor suggested Craniosacral therapy and when i went to her i wasnt too impressed with treatment. my friends say slight heat bent is normal and as they grow it will be fine. do i need to worry or get him treated. please suggest.
