I am one mad individual. How come we spend millions and billions of dollars,?

on other countries aid , and war when our own country is in shambles,bad economy, bad education system, no jobs, crime, drugs,ETC ? I just dont get it we need to start looking out for NO.1 our selves. What do you think?
