I need to do a speech in English! Regeneration and Renewal!?

I have to do a speech in my English cl with the topic of 'regeneration and renewal'. I had a couple of ideas: Regeneration/Renewal of life after a near death experience ; Regeneration/Renewal of clic horror movies, but I can't find enough information to do a speech. Does anyone have any other ideas or information about my ideas? Please?
