Dream? Help me with interpretation please?

I dreamed of walking over in the afternoon to a place to look at a town home. It had become available and I went to go look at it. (I was going to rent it) It was outside, a nice tree fairly green. I go inside, I see my son's friend eating pizza? and chilling My son greets him and I ask of his mother. He said she was on her way. I asked is this really for rent? I started to look around, the living room was wonderfully and spacious with a fireplace (not lit). I went to look some more and found nice brand new washers and dryers , behind the stairs, I went upstairs and my sons pal had been sloppy so there was water on the floor (and ewe?) it was still clear but gross. I sopped some of it up with a towel. I told him to clean up his mess. it was no big deal. I heard my friend (who I havnet seen in over ten years) went outside she had 3 bears that were friendly and licking my face (much like a dog would) We chatted of the place so I could get info from her, she was reluctant, then I noticed the walls the baseboard had bubbles I was unsure if it was paint or other. the bears kept licking me and then we all left they in a truck (jumping in- though one jumped out for one last lick of my face) and they all jumped in the guy drove off and we headed home. I woke up as we were walking.
