Has anyone ever read "MIDNIGHTERS"?

I enjoyed all three of the books. Rex's power is that he is able to read the "lore symbols" so he understands the history behind everything. He also can "see" things that have been touched by the secret hour. As for the other two questions, they explain it later in the book.
