How do i get rid of this bump on my nose thats red and feels like a bruise, its also swollen, and it hurts.?

It really hurts, and it first was a small pimple, that kind of popped and became swollen, the right of my nose is totally red. Its like a bruise, it hurts very bad when i touch it, or when i crinkle my nose. How do i get rid of it? Including the pain, please give me some home solutions, any creams in particular?
