Blepharoplasty - eyelid surgery concern?

I had upper eyelid surgery done about 4 days ago and wondered if anyone has had the same experience as me. One eye feels much tighter than the other as if more skin was removed from one lid compared to the other. I know it takes awhile to see the full results from the surgery, but it's making me a little nervous. I'm afraid my eyelids will be asymmetrical. Has anyone experienced this? If you've had upper eyelid surgery, were you happy with the results?
